Coming soon
A wedding and event seating chart maker built around who sits together — and who stays apart.
Seatcrafter started as a seating tool for teachers. The same engine that keeps two students apart and seats a group together is coming to weddings, galas, and large events — so you can design your reception the way it will actually look on the night.
What it will do
- Design your real floor plan — round tables, head table, sweetheart table, dance floor, bar, and cake table.
- Number or name every table, then drop guests into seats.
- Seat families and friend groups together, and keep the relatives who shouldn't sit near each other apart.
- Track RSVPs, meal choices, and dietary needs — and get a meal count per table for your caterer.
- Print escort cards, place cards, table numbers, and a master seating list.
Available now for classrooms
The seating engine is live today for teachers at seatcrafter.com — design a room, set keep-apart and keep-together rules, and randomize seats. The wedding and event version is in development.
